Stories written by Jay DeLancy
Jay DeLancy launched the Voter Integrity Project of North Carolina in early 2011 to empower citizens who are interested in reforming the state’s antiquated election laws through careful research and lobbying efforts. Their discovery of almost 30,000 deceased people who were still on North Carolina’s voter rolls garnered media coverage from an array of worldwide media, to include the Fox News Channel’s Fox and Friends program, the Drudge Report, World Magazine and even Russia Today before Media Matters (the website funded by George Soros) opened an account on VIP-NC; and within 24 hours, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow had launched a prime-time, 18-minute smear story, filled with half truths and innuendoes that resulted in numerous hate-filled messages by email and phone as well as Denial of Service Attack to the VIP-NC website. Undaunted, in early 2013, they initiated a joint investigation with Florida and North Carolina election officials that resulted in five criminal referrals against people who voted in both states during the November 2012 election. Their ground-breaking data-mining research into illegal voting patterns and other suspicious electoral practices has drawn attention from the NC General Assembly as they work to reform that state’s fraud-friendly election laws. Jay rose from the rank of Army Private to retire 32 years later as an Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and has two Master’s Degrees (Business and Journalism). Residing in Raleigh, NC, he and his wife of more than 33 years have a grown son and a chocolate Labrador Retriever, they named Reagan.

The Left is so afraid of these common-sense reforms that several organizations funded […]

Voter Integrity – The False Assurance of a Sworn Affidavit

The illusion of honest elections . . . . A young 30-ish white male walks into an early voting location and says he lost his wallet, has no photo ID, and wants to vote. He has to sign a sworn affidavit, stating his identity and his alibi, but it doesn’t matter. He’s using a fake name–a voter who moved away long ago. […]

Take Action Now… or Forget About Real Voter ID in NC

Late today, in a stunning betrayal of every NC voter who fought hard for  “real voter ID,” our state’s House and Senate completely gutted the voter ID law by allowing any voter to sign an unenforceable affidavit, attesting to their name, and by allowing any voter, of any age, to use an expired driver license for voter […]

Investigative journalist and agent provocateur, James O’Keefe, of Project Vertias, today, released video evidence of how one person can easily steal “a busload of votes” during the early voting period of an election as he successfully demonstrated how any criminal-minded voters could steal elections in states lacking effective voter ID laws. “In most states and currently in North […]

The Voter Integrity Project announced today that North Carolina’s statewide election rolls now contain 739,041 voter registrations from people the election officials can no longer find. “These missing voters are mostly people who moved away without telling the election office,” said Jay DeLancy, Director of VIP, “but the alarming recent growth in this voter category […]

Vote Fraud Prosecutions Are Getting Closer and Closer!

We’ve all heard the PEW Research Center’s cliche that likens vote fraud to getting struck by lightning, but now we understand how they get away with that nonsense: the key is prosecutions…and those things are hard to get! For example, the first five of our Florida and NC (FLANC) double voters have finally reached a level of […]

Et Tu Paulus?

Any war veteran from Iraq, Afghanistan or even Vietnam will tell you the only thing worse than enemy fire is so-called “friendly fire” or getting shot in the back by you own side; and that’s exactly what Senator Rand Paul did last Friday to the nationwide election integrity reform movement. Paul’s colossal blunder, Friday, involved his […]

Christmas was postponed indefinitely last month for the Voter Integrity Project after the NAACP served an expansive subpoena for the records of VIP on Friday, December 20, 2013. “We won’t take this bullying lightly, but do marvel at their hypocrisy,” said Jay DeLancy, Chief Executive of the Voter Integrity Project-NC. “It looks like they’re employing […]
