Pursuit of the Truth – Extortion 17

When we hear the phrase “military justice,” most of us recall Jack Nicholson in the movie “A Few Good Men” saying, “You want the truth? You can’t handle the truth.” A JAG officer is a commissioned officer who serves as an attorney in the US Military. Many JAG officers perform routine tasks such as preparing […]

Practical Nullification

Any legislation, rule, regulation, or executive action implemented by any branch of the federal government that is contrary to, in violation of, or disallowed by The Constitution is, by its very essence, null and void. Our Constitution guarantees sovereignty to each citizen and to each of the sovereign states, past and future, that voluntarily agrees […]

Against All Enemies, Foreign and Domestic

Our nation was founded by men of courage and honor for whom preserving the Natural Law rights of the individual was a moral necessity. Their view of government contrasted sharply with the centuries-old European model in which everything was owned and controlled by the elite few. The “Revolutionary War” was really a “War of Independence” […]

There’s No School Like Home

A top priority for any parent (or grandparent for that matter) is ensuring their child has all the tools necessary, beginning with a quality education, to become a successful, productive adult. The Cycles of American History

Because our lives are short, we tend to see history as a linear progression of events, evolving from what we personally know from our own past, that we then project into the future. Historians and students of history, however, understand that history is cyclical. The linear progression we see for ourselves is only a small […]

Protecting the Individual Citizen

Who will protect us when government becomes the enemy of the sovereign man? As the federal government increasingly disregards the Constitution and the Natural Law Rights it protects and secures for We the People, who will stand in the breach? When the transition from public servant to tyrant is complete and the totalitarian police state […]

Health Care and the Free Market

Since its inception, Dr. Dan’s Freedom Forum has been an advocate for the Free Market as a basis for economic growth and upward personal mobility.  Individual freedom, the absence of coercion, is derived from combining the ability to choose one’s future course of action with accepting personal responsibility for the outcome of one’s decisions. Competition […]

The End of the Doctor-Patient Relationship

If food were free, would we all be eating steak?   Certainly not in the past or today’s America, and likely not in the future.  As alluring as the pipe dream of “utopia” may be, the human brain is simply not wired to accept passive compliance with mediocrity.  Hypothetically, if all beef on earth were […]
