Born and reared in a military family moving all over the South and Midwest, every year of high school in a different state. Married for 45 years to my “high school sweetheart,” spending the first four years of marriage with the Air Force in Germany and Maine, upon leaving the Air Force, we moved to Summerville, SC. We have one child and three grandchildren and a son-in-law currently serving our country deployed with the Army National Guard. After moving to North Carolina in 2009, I followed my interest in political science and history and joined the Tenth Amendment Center. As the North Carolina State Director, I have written numerous articles, spoken to TEA Party and political groups, worked with state legislators and helped organize the Nullify Now event held last year in Raleigh. Having a political philosophy that depending on the issue that can mean I am an ally or an opponent of many in political office and their supporters: The Constitution: Every Issue, Every Time.
