Candidate With Backbone
At the recent state convention of the NC Latino Coalition, in front of 1500 Hispanic immigrants and special interests promoting Amnesty, B.J. Lawson had a clear message: Assimilate.
It takes some serious backbone to stand alone in a crowd and espouse a viewpoint unpopular to the vast majority in it. Nice to see some folks with conviction running for office…something we’re seeing more and more this year.
It’s going to be a great 2010.
