Glen Bradley Introduces Historic Legislation
Last week US senator Rand Paul made a valiant attempt to at least amend the tyrannical “Patriot Act” to protect the privacy of gun owners; his measured failed 85-10.
NC freshman representive Glen Bradley has introduced HB 241, the North Carolina Firearms Freedom Act. This bill will exempt all firearms and ammunition manufactued and retained in NC from federal regulation. HB 241 uses the 10th Amendment to protect NC from the perceived federal authority of the interstate commerce clause. This important and historic bill uses nullification with interposition and makes any attempt to enforce federal restrictions against NC made firearms a class 1a misdemeanor.
