Give Me Rule of Law or Give Me Death – Patrick (Mc)Henry
Patrick McHenry (R., N.C.), (Gastonia, Hickory, Black Mountain) who chairs a key subcommittee on the House Financial Services Committee joined others on the committee last Friday to send a letter to Eric Holder “express(ing) deep concern” about recent comments from the administration about (refusal to) prosecute ANYONE at the large financial firms. The letter, addressed to both Mr. Holder and Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew, asks the administration to turn over all documents tied to officials repsonsible for assessing the potential economic impact of bringing criminal or civil proceedings against a bank.
