Meck GOP Revs Up Electoral Enthusiasm
The Mecklenburg GOP precinct meeting drew a crowded house of more than 300 people to uptown’s First Baptist Church last week to organize and mobilize local Republicans gearing up to pick delegates for their precincts, as well as county, district and state conventions. The event also featured a straw poll for local, state and national elections. The results recorded by the Mecklenburg GOP:
