Charlotte Does Not Want Kriner Cash for Superintendent

|

I have worked under the dictatorship of Kriner Cash since he fled Florida before being fired. I have briefly collected and jotted down some facts and comments from several colleagues about this man. I would love to see him leave MCS, but, I feel it necessary to warn you of what may be coming your way.

This man has no respect for teachers. He would like to see anyone with experience and older than age 35 out!

“Kriner Cash blames all problems on teachers. It doesn’t matter how awful the home life is of a child or how neglectful their parents are. It doesn’t matter to him what circumstances the student comes from. In his eyes, the teacher is at fault.”

Kriner Cash brought his pathetic, womanizing, foul mouthed crony with him from Ft. Lauderdale before he, too, was almost fired. This loser just lost his job and will probably be brought to NC with him. His name is Irving Hamer. Beware.

Cash assigned a vocational-tech person as an early childhood principal! Needless to say, the situation has been close to disastrous.

“This man has held several “back door” meetings before the Board of Education. He’s clever, but sneaky.”

The entire Food Service department had to be re-vamped because of the food that was stored and rotted under this man 2 years ago. MCS lost thousands of dollars. Cash nor Hamer cared.

They also ignored non-work related telephone calls about sex, dating and texting which cost the district a small fortune.  {Jackson El. In north Memphis}

Frayser HS , a MCS under Kriner Cash, has a huge amount of pregnant students attending. This does not seem to disappoint or embarrass him. {We are certain he blames some teachers for this.}

The rate of retirement for MCS teachers this year is 50% higher than it was last year! Wow! He has made lives miserable.

“Kriner Cash invited teachers to a meeting to change insurance companies, {which saved the system some money for the short term when the price soared just afterward.} He had the meeting on a school holiday, but employees came with their concerns anyway. They flowed from the auditorium, to the hall outside and into the front alcove. He is slick and sly like a fox!”

“I watched Cash come in my school and clear out a first grade classroom so that he could change his clothes in there. He also had his “crew” haul in his own personal podium.”

We are getting ready to consolidate MCS with Shelby County Schools. Neither side wants Cash. You don’t either!

I must add that I work with wonderful, caring teachers who go above and beyond the call of duty each day. We are not often negative. Kriner Cash tends to bring negativity out of everyone.
