RNC Women’s Summit Attended by North Mecklenburg Women

The Republican National Committee (RNC) kicked-off its new Women’s Interactive Network on May 13th with a Women’s Summit in Washington, DC. More than 280 women from across the nation were nominated by their GOP state party chairmen, Republican National Committeemen and Committeewomen, and Republican Members of Congress based on their leadership ability and commitment to being involved.
Attending were North Mecklenburg Republican Women (NMRW) Board members Pat Murray, Mary Lou Richardson, Anne Clifford and Phyllis Deaton who were nominated by Rep. Sue Myrick (NC-9).
NMRW is an affiliate of North Carolina Federation of Republican Women, a network of 60 clubs with over 2,000 members across the state. NMRW meetings are held at the NorthStone Club on the second Tuesday of the month except for July and August.
