Saturday Night House Party
Three videos to share this week. One purely for the music, two for the comic value.
I’ve been a Delain fanboy for a couple years now, and their newest release, while a little different, still has some songs that I just can’t get out of my head. The song “We are the Others” is sort of an anthem for all of us who think a little differently and don’t comply with the masses just to get along. It’s called, “We are the Others”.
It was inevitable that someone would create one of these videos out of the Paul Ryan pick for VP. If you haven’t seen one of these “Hitler” videos before, there is an entire genre out there using this movie scene and various subtitles to convey a usually comical message. A minor language warning in advance.
Finally, Nice Peter is a YouTube sensation probably best known for his “Epic Rap Battles of History”. He also has a series of “Picture Songs” where he simply spontaneously sings about the pictures being shown to him on a screen. This is probably my favorite. A little slow in the beginning, but downright hilarious. 🙂
