CMS: At Least They’re Consistent
So the kiddos, 7 and 9, were all geared up and jazzed early this morning for the first day back to school. Their enthusiasm began to wane after 15 minutes at the bus stop, with no bus in sight. Then 20 minutes, which turned into a half-hour. A call to the school confirmed there had been a snafu with the bus, which would be running at least 45 minutes late. Kids ended up car riders with Daddy behind the wheel, just like he was on the first day of school last year – when the bus never showed. Déjà boo, all over again.
Hit us up with some comments on how things unfolded for the first day of school in your neck of woods.
