Tea Party Bags Big Wins
Again. This time in Delaware and New York, where upset wins by insurgent candidates in Republican primaries have the GOP ruling class with its collective panties in a wad.
The MSM is also approaching meltdown mode, jumping on the bandwagon to echo party pronouncement’s that Christine O’Donnell’s victory in Delaware spells certain doom for a Republican takeover of the Senate because, you see, there’s simply no way a whacky-crazed tea party darling like O’Donnell can beat her Democrat opponent in November. These are the same folks, of course, who confidently opined that she didn’t stand a chance of toppling long-term, moderate incumbent Mike Castle.
If the GOP has a lick of self-preservation instinct it’ll wake up to see the writing on the wall, that voters are entirely fed-up and rotten sick of status quo, RINO go-along to get-along politics. See ‘conservative leadership’ under ‘Paul, Rand – Kentucky’; ‘Angle, Sharon – Nevada; ‘Miller, Joe – Alaska’.
