What’s so troubling is that in spite of all this, Obama’s job approval rating remains near 50 percent favorable:
It’s the Wizard of Oz turned inside-out. In the fabled green fantasyland (similar in that respect, I guess, to Obama’s energy policy), Dorothy & Co. were appalled when they learned the identity of the man behind the curtain who was responsible for their dire straits. Today, about half of the country would give him kudos for a job well done. Amazing.
