The mainstream media is shell shocked by the latest polling numbers coming out of Michigan, where the RCP average shows Mitt Romney pulling to well within the margin of error among likely voters and the Bailout King’s lead withering to a slim three points, down from six less than a month ago.
As a result, Team BO is reportedly going on the defensive, forced to shell out major bucks in media buys for a state that looked like a lock.
This swing should come as no surprise in a state where homes are selling for one dollar. No, that wasn’t a typo. Homes in Detroit are selling for a buck:
And people wonder why Obama’s poll numbers are sinking like a rock in Michigan? Go figure.
