The Chosen One hits new ridiculously high rhetorical lows, again pushing the ‘I feel your angst’ mantra, this time at an elite, $30,400-a-pop Democrat fundraiser.
President Obama reminded the gathering of fellow travelers that two years ago he had presaged that “change was going to take time” and implored patience, according to the wonderful Twitter feed of the event from CBS News White House correspondent Mark Knoller.
Said Obama: “Now’s not the time to quit … it took time to free the slaves … ultimately we’ll make progress.”
But first, he wants another vacation.
