The NCAE and Political Thuggery

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie says he doesn’t have any intention to run for president, but let’s assume a Republican wins anyway. Here’s the new commander-in-chief’s first move: tap Christie as his (or her) secretary of education – the vid below says it all.

The same video also relates on a local level, just substitute the N.C. Association of Educators where Christie references teachers’ unions, specifically as it relates to the NCAE’s operation that swung into action to scuttle the No Dues Checkoff legislation supported by Republicans and ultimately vetoed by Gov. Bev (attempts to override fell short, but the bill could still reemerge under a procedural maneuver when the General Assembly reconvenes).

In any event, Christie’s comments speak volumes:
